Local Partner Selection
1-2 WEEKS
We handle finding the ideal local construction company to handle onsite work.
We carefully select a contractor based on experience, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring they’re aligned with your timeline and the project’s requirements.
Off-site production
2-5 months
Your building is produced in a factory for precision and speed.
The carefully selected supplier manufactures the modules in a controlled environment, ensuring consistent quality and minimal waste. All while reducing construction time.
Local Site work
Our Partners prepare the construction site simultaneously with the off-site production.
While the modules are being produced, we coordinate the local team to handle site clearing, foundations, utility setup, and everything needed for smooth and fast delivery.
Transportation
Once the modules are completed, We handle the transportation to the site.
Our team oversees logistics planning and delivery to ensure the modules arrive safely and on time.
Final Assembly
2-4 WEEKS
At the site, the modular units are assembled quickly and efficiently.
Our team stays involved to ensure the modules are assembled on site exactly as planned, with minimal disruption to surroundings and full attention to quality.
